Biography
Dr Adam Butt is an Associate Professor, and has been in the Research School of Finance, Actuarial Studies and Statistics since 2005. He completed his PhD at ANU in 2011 and has had his research published in a number of top-ranked actuarial journals, in addition to winning the College of Business & Economics Award for Teaching Excellence in 2013. Adam has also developed a Massive Open Online Course for the edX platform titled "An Introduction to Actuarial Science", which can be found here.
